We were thrilled to participate for the eighth consecutive year in the Numbers for Nonprofits program with 200 other organizations at the iconic seaside Asics Falmouth Road Race.
A huge congratulations and thank you to the amazing #fishrunfalmouth runners who fundraised to support our mission and crossed the finish line with 11,000 other runners this August: David Abbott, Evelyn Abbott, Michael Abbott, Sydney Akgun, Michelle Beechinor, Sydney Crook, Mark Egerman, Andrew Hutchinson, Brigid Krug, Phil Littlefield, Dana Littlefield, Jenna Louw, Brendon Parker, Alexa Sherr and Emily Viprino.
The 2025 team raised $20,969!
About the Falmouth Road Race
The Falmouth Road Race was established in 1973 and has become one of the premier running events of the summer season. Each year the race draws an international field of Olympians, elite runners and recreational runners out to enjoy the scenic 7 mile seaside course. The non-profit Falmouth Road Race organization is dedicated to promoting health and fitness for all in its community. Proceeds from the race each year support youth athletic programs in the town of Falmouth and other non-profit community groups.

2024 Wrap-Up
The Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen’s Alliance was proud to be part of the Numbers for Nonprofits program with the Asics Falmouth Road Race along with 200 other non-profit organizations. A huge congratulations and thank you to our amazing #fishrunfalmouth runners who were part of this iconic race and raised funds to help us continue our work advocating for the local fishing industry and sustainable fishing on Cape Cod.
