Small Boats, Big Taste Chowder Program

Chowder LabelWe are proud of a new program that
  - Helps independent fishermen stay on the water
  - Serves the growing number of people who need a good, ready-to-serve meal by supplying regional food banks with a nutritious, delicious seafood chowder.

Eventually, Small Boats, Big Taste chowder will hopefully be available in retail locations. Sales will help food pantries feed the hungry, and keep American fishermen doing what they do best: FISHING!

"What was good for an 80-foot dragger fishing out of Gloucester wasn't necessarily good for my 35-foot hook boat fishing out of Chatham. We wanted a plan that protected the fish and worked for us."

John Our, F/V Miss Fitz
Groundfish fisherman, Chatham, Mass.
